The PR Requirement
Apollo Spectra Hospitals is one of India’s largest chain of surgical hospitals. The brand approached PEPPER Interactive in November 2021 to service specific regions and help with further brand awareness, as well as create awareness about the unique offerings at the hospital and the doctors.
While ‘Apollo Hospital’ was a well-known brand, there was a challenge for Apollo Spectra to have its brand name and speciality known in relevant markets. Each centre needed a higher share of
voice against its competitors. The doctors also required to be featured in relevant publications in each city.
How We Helped
Healthcare Communications is a very distinct field that requires liaisoning with multiple stakeholders. Our team worked closely with the doctors and other groups at the units, crafting stories based on medical expertise, and current trends. The data-driven stories were further amplified by exclusive interviews and path-breaking work by the doctors at various units of Apollo Spectra. We also engaged influencers to create further awareness on health-related topics on special days - a first for the brand.
The Impact
More than80% of the stories were independent stories featuring Apollo Spectra Hospitals. 20% were Industry Mentions which adds to establishing the brand among relevantaudiences and stakeholders.
